Its solid. Easy and convenient location and open LATE til 4am. This Tully's branch is located in a Tsutaya chain bookstore and has lots of seats and free wifi. Wifi not the greatest but it works. The Tully's has food in addition to drinks. Good amount of people here given its size and location.
